1) Should a public transport company have thought a little more about introducing weekend engineering works (causing journeys to take more than double time) at a time when - due to the recession - alot of people havent gone abroad for the Easter hols, but have stayed at home to enjoy what we have to offer here (as mooted by the papers many time over the last few weeks) and end up spending most of the time travelling to the places they're supposed to be enjoying, rather than enjoying being there?
2) Self service check outs in supermarkets - a real time saver, or just fooling you into thinking its all quicker because you're having to do all the work...rather than just waiting in the queue?!
It's good to think.
