After an extremely busy weekend, and two weeks of Love Bus pub quizzes, I was very pleased indeed to have an evening in last night.
I caught up on a few TV programmes including Top Gear which continues to be one of my favourite TV programmes, even though I hate cars – strange! I also watched the highlights of the Federer Nadal final, what an incredible match. I now find myself without the green green grass of Wimbledon to fill my empty afternoons, so will have to do the washing that I’ve put off for a fortnight!
Tonight I’m off to see Evita at the Woking New Vic, so I shall post my review of the show tomorrow morning. I’m really looking forward to it actually, I know the music very well, but it’s one of the few shows I’ve never seen on stage. Plus, it means free wine at the press reception!
